Our Story
Kavoh began on a Los Angeles factory floor, with one complaint: the best American-built beds never reach the people who sleep in them.

Founding story
Placeholder copy. Our founders spent their careers on the floor of Los Angeles furniture factories, welding and upholstering beds for design showrooms and hotels. They watched frames leave the shop at one number and land on a sales tag at four times it.
Placeholder copy. The specification never changed along the way, only the markup did. So we kept the same LA factory, the same welders and sewers, and cut out the showroom entirely — the bed goes from our floor to your bedroom.
Placeholder copy. We keep the range small on purpose. Two beds, one nightstand, four finishes and four fabrics — few enough that every one can be built by hand, here, and checked by a person before it ships.
What we hold to
American steel, welded, powder-coated and upholstered in our Los Angeles factory. Shorter shipping distances, jobs at home and no overseas container lead times.
Every frame is engineered to stay silent, take apart cleanly when you move, and assemble again without a single tool or a lost hex key.
We skipped the showroom markup and the middle distributors. The same LA-built bed a design store would list at five figures reaches you at a fraction of it.
The LA factory
Placeholder copy. Steel is cut, jig-welded, powder-coated, upholstered and test-assembled under one roof in Los Angeles by craftspeople who have been building beds for decades. If a weld line reads uneven under raking light, it does not ship.
